Odd Meter Coffee is an equal opportunity employer.  We value open mindedness, dedication to good work, and a sense of camaraderie.  We hire based on these qualities, a job's requirements, our business's needs, and one's qualifications.  All qualified applicants will receive

consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation,

gender identity, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other

characteristic protected by law.

We believe that bad behavior in the service industry disproportionately hurts the most marginalized people in society — including people of color, women and LGBTQ+ people, those from working class backgrounds, military veterans, people with housing insecurities, or those with arrest records. We want people from these communities to be equally centered in our space. Therefore, we encourage people with these identities or who are members of other marginalized communities to apply.
