We believe that bad behavior in the service industry disproportionately hurts the most marginalized people in society — including people of color, women and LGBTQ people, people from working class backgrounds, military veterans, people with housing insecurities, or those with arrest records. We want people from these communities to be equally centered in our space. Therefore, we strongly encourage people with these identities or who are members of other marginalized communities to apply.
